This took significant casualties from IDF(relatively to what we were used to since the invasion)
Every day, you saw 4-5 dead plus dozens of injured.
On the opposite side it’s very hard to know how many Hamas were killed but it’s estimated to be roughly 500 only in Jabaliya.
One encounter which is worth mentioning is an elderly man walking unarmed which was carrying an explosive vest underneath his clothes.
The terrorists hidden as civilians in disguise made the tragic call of a combat unit to shoot 3 young men approaching their area, which turned out to be Israeli hostages fleeing their captured building.
This is the true face of war you won’t see in this sub reddit

Not sure how ~~smart~~ safe it is to click random switches you recovered from the enemy…

looks like 00:11 mk4 had seen some explosions, wonder if it was one of “destroyed” mks from hamas vids.
The jeep that was shot by a cornet was almost at the borders yesterday , in beit lahya area ,
In urban warfare it’s a game of who lasts more , there is nothing as taking control of an area by either any of the parties participating .
What is squirting from the tank between second 5 and 6?
What does “operational control” mean?
No stopping now. Occupy, disarm, filter, rebuild. Enjoy prosperity in Gaza in 5-6 years.
should say “over Jabalia” they are underneath most likely everywhere but the coast and possibly areas of beit hanoun that have been cleared
If one is interesting in seeing both sides of the conflict. YouTube let’s the Hamas POV up. It shows how close they get and the true nightmare of urban fighting. The IDF is most likely taking huge losses also but you won’t get a clear picture just by browsing Reddit because of their policy and the propaganda bots downvoting anything that tries to show both sides.
