In that case, to prevent mold from forming again, check these areas for condensation at least twice a day, and dry them when neccessary. In addition, you might want to monitor (and keep below 60%) your indoor humidity.
Inappropriate ventilation (keeping the window ajar for a long time, rather than fully opening it for a short time) can also cause spots near the window to cool down and collect condensation.

Black mold near balcony door and window? Congratulations, you are looking at a Kältebrücke. Quite the old building, I reckon? You can try and get rid of it, it will come back as sure as daylight. Unless the landlord fixes this on the outside by renewing the insulation of the building. Which he most likely won’t.
Find a new place to live and maybe burn that building to the ground as you leave. Best of luck…

Damn, that’s quite significant. We get mold in our bathroom and use “Mellerud Schimmel Entferner, Chlorfrei” to get rid of it and the same brand “Shinmel Schutz” to keep it away for longer. It’s the most effective thing I’ve used. Throw out any cloths you use in a closed bag, don’t wash and reuse them because you’ll spread mold spores.
spraying white vinegar on it to keep it from growing has helped me in the past. try not to spend too much time around it. don’t run a fan near it, it’ll spread the mold spores around
In Germany we say “übelste Ranzbude”
Mold, type of fungus. Gotta buy “Schimmelvernichter” and spray it on. Try not to breathe in too much of the spray cause its basically a type of bleach.
Dont let the mold spread too much either cause its unhealthy (you breathe in the spores) get rid of it sooner rather than later.

Probably is it something similar with yours, try to manage soon because I have dying those months and the Hausverwaltung never answered our calls or email so I was sick every week
Heat as much as you can stand and properly open the windows for 5-10 minutes on all sides of the apartment. The hot air can hold more water than cold air and like that you get the moisture out of the room. You really should get some chlorix and gloves ASAP and drench that spots thoroughly. If it’s really your fault then the mold should not reappear. Document your efforts and if it comes back despite heating and venting then go to your landlord again and ask him to fix it

Chlor gets rid of it pretty well.
Can be bought in spray bottles, basically anything that says “anti Schimmel” has it probably.
If you spray it let it rest for some minutes, but it will kill it (As long as its not too deep)
I live in a small house and i take hot long showers so stuff like this formed on the roof. Should i be concerned about my health ?
Just looking at this picture, I can tell you that mold extends underneath the wallpaper, in likely most places in that house.
You need to move out, mate. Soon. That can bring on some horrible breathing problems, especially in kids.
In the cold season, the warm air in your home retains moisture. (Body moisture, breath, cooking and washing fumes). When it hits a poorly designed or built window junction that is simply colder from the outside, the moisture condenses into water. This soaks your plaster and wallpaper and mould forms.
This didn’t used to happen in the past, when windows and doors were built so leaky that there was always a permanent exchange of room air (and thus a levelling of the room’s moisture at a low level). And the walls weren’t packed with metres of inane plastic foam on the outside.
Remove the wallpaper and treat the substrate with a fungicide (DIY store).
Air it out more often in the cold season.
You only have a chance against your landlord if you can PROVE a building defect. You cannot. You need an expert for that.
So LIE!
(I worked for a housing association and had to deal with complaints. 90% were complaints about mould. Except for one case (the window builder did not seal the window connection and the condensed water ran out of the joint in pencil thickness) we got rid of everything with the request for stronger ventilation-.
Mold. Just mix vinegar and water and wipe it away
If you live in Germany have someone to look up for you what rights you have. Your landlord has to take care of it and provide you another place for as long as it takes. Not sure 100% about it so ask for professional.
Also it’s not good for your health and if you have a baby home shouldn’t sleep a night there.
