Hey guys! I’m coming to Finland next week and will be staying for quite some time.
I run a home bakery business that only does delivery in my home country and I was wondering and looking online if I could possibly sell some baked goods while being there just to earn some money while on this trip. Internet says or for what I understood and my bf helped translate it’s not ilegal to sell food from hom at small scales. (Please do tell if I’m missing something)
So my question is do you guys think people would be interested to try some traditional desserts from other sides of the world? Or would they maybe have some reservations bc it’s not from a known bakery?
Peruvian alfajores are attached as reference (soft cornstarch and flour cookies filled with homemade milky caramel sauce)
