But they have LOTS of missiles, that’s the problem.
Inaccuracy ends up killing more innocent civilians, not a good thing.
If we dont find a way for Ukraine to stop these missile attacks, at the source, then Russia could do this for years, technically speaking. Maybe not as intense or frequent due to depleting stockpile, but they have enough dirty money and sanction evading components to make the amount needed to terrorize Ukraine for years.
The west MUST give Ukraine the ability to strike at the source of these missiles, the factories, the stockpiles, the ships, the bombers, airfields, etc.
Otherwise Ukraine may run low on air defenses, because the west cant make enough to donate either.
This is total war, give Ukraine what it needs to win, stop playing politikal shyt.
The consequence of losing is global instability for decades and maybe even WW3, definitely not acceptable.

Funny thing is the Russians still use the Soviet Playbook. Overhype a weapon system, make NATO design something that’s meant to counter that system’s supposed capabilities, Russians actually *use* it, and then go surprised Pikachu face when the NATO system effectively counters it because it was built to take out something that was *better* than the actual Russian result.
It is hard to say if it’s accurate or not I imagine. If Russia fires a missile and misses a military base but strikes a kindergarten / nursery (again) is there any real way to say that it was an error rather than Russia just being the usual sub human war criminals?
