Hey so just wanted to feel out for some info. Essentially I was abroad for a week and came back to this on my facade.
I have a few questions about this;
1- is this legal without my consent?
2- so mepa has a bunch of rules about facade colours and uniformity in uca- especially for old houses- is this allowed under said rule?
3- are telecommunications companies allowed to just add stuff to any facade without consent?
4- does this really need to be stuck to my facade when there is a light pole 15m away?
5- is it illegal if there a freak hammer accident that destroyed it?
Just feeling out for any legal clauses and opinions..
