Jesus, the sheer brutality of it all. This kind of carry on didn’t happen in my day, I can tell you that. Mind you, no-one had to live in Laois back then either.

Irish Water took it to fit a meter on it.
We had one the spitting image of that at the top of the road I lived on as a young lad. No prizes for guessing it saw plenty of use when the temp was sub zero. 🙂
