  1. Oh boy, I’m sure that this will not be controversial at all.

  2. Wow they actually came to an agreement!

Jesus Christ, finally! And from what I read this looks pretty promising.

I hope Greece and Italy understand the new right-wing Dutch government will pay for every person, lmao.

For €20.000 per refugee it’s a bargain. I think Wilders might personally sent some money ahead to Italy already just for good measure.

  3. Disastrous deal. The door remains wide open. How does far left always get everything it wants despite representing like ten percent of constituents.

  4. Does that mean Austria is finally happy and BGROM can get into Schengen?

    No we don’t.

Pay the people a decent wage and the job applications will be fulfilled. Pay the people a decent wage and people may think of having kids.

Stop importing people to lower the wages and to fix the two problems that are correlated.

  6. The five key regulations:

    [A new screening regulation](https://www.consilium.europa.eu/en/policies/eu-migration-policy/eu-migration-asylum-reform-pact/screening-regulation/)

    [A common asylum procedure](https://www.consilium.europa.eu/en/policies/eu-migration-policy/eu-migration-asylum-reform-pact/asylum-procedure/)

[A new asylum and migration management regulation](https://www.consilium.europa.eu/en/policies/eu-migration-policy/eu-migration-asylum-reform-pact/asylum-migration-management/)

[New rules governing migration crisis and force majeure situations](https://www.consilium.europa.eu/en/policies/eu-migration-policy/eu-migration-asylum-reform-pact/migration-crisis/)

    [Update of EU fingerprinting database](https://www.consilium.europa.eu/en/policies/eu-migration-policy/eu-migration-asylum-reform-pact/fingerprinting-database/)

It’s a step in the right direction but not enough. We are approaching record 2015(1.354.984) 2016(1.236.491) numbers.

[There is a monthly increase since july and we reached 944.194 total by october{122.738} with 2 months left.](https://euaa.europa.eu/latest-asylum-trends-asylum)

  7. Migrant quotas 2.0: oxymoron edition (“mandatory solidarity”). This time it will totally work…

  8. So the pact is basically “i’m gonna pay you 20.000 to fuck off”

  9. A mosquito bite on an elephant! The pact is just to calm down the general discontend of the Europeans against theirs Euro Politicians (Working for lobbies, seeking for cheap labour and big proffits, or for China; made in china or countries as Saudi-Arabia; cutting in pieces the free press)

  10. A french criminologist said in interview that by always turning a blind eye on the issues with immigrants that hold citizenship or new comers. We are building the next concentration camps. His logic is that frustration will be so high in the midst of the European population that will see hate parties rising.

  11. let me guess stricter immigration laws for legal migrants and more benefits and free accommodation to illegal migrants

  12. This is what the countries that signed the convention are obliged to abide to:

[Convention and Protocol Relating to the Status of Refugees](https://www.unhcr.org/media/28185)

    Page 31, Article 31:

    > The Contracting States shall not impose penalties, on account of their illegal entry or presence, on refugees who, **coming directly from a territory where their life or freedom was threatened** in the sense of article 1, enter or are present in their territory without authorization, **provided they present themselves without delay to the authorities and show good cause for their illegal entry or presence.**

Just to point the obvious. Purely from legal point of view the ONLY refugees in EU could be Ukrainians ONLY in the neighboring countries. All the rest are illegal migrants and each country has very clear laws how to deal with those. There is no legal ground to object the jailing illegal migrants, for example.

  13. So, either you take refugee and receive money or you’ll have to pay money? Is this correct?
