4. While I’m very happy about the propects and the youth we have all around, I am concerned about the lack of maturity in midfield and upfront.

   We got WZE, vitinha, ugarte, Lee, Ndour, Ramos, RKM, now probably two new Brazilian signings and all of them are still under 23 or 24.

   This season we are not clinical, we are immature in the way we handle games, and that scares me for the future.

   We need a level headed midfielder that puts the right tempo to the team, that has experience in big games etc..

   And please don’t say Casemiro.
