2. As a doctor I can give a little context. These are complications associated with the planned procedure. Often times we write down the most severe complications including death in order to be legally safe in case of these complications happening. So what you are doing by signing this so called “Aufklärungsbogen” is recognizing that you have understood that all of these things may happen and despite that are willing to undergo the procedure.
   The likelihood of these things to occur is usually low but never zero.
