  1. With shrinkflation family size boxes for $7 no wonder why nobody wants that shit.

  2. They’re not “cutting back” because they’re broke, I’ve seen boxes of cereal going for $7 bucks. The little boxes with Shrinkflation.

And the main buyers of cereal are still parents in desperate need of a quick meal for kids, and there are just plain a lot less parents, birthrates are low.

  3. Where else are small children going to get enough sugar in their breakfast to tranquilize a horse

  4. Cost of a cereal box is insane.

I’m single, well off, LOVE cereal, and I ain’t buying no that shit

  5. Their family size box, WHICH IS NOW $7, barely feeds my wife and I

  6. I love cereal but I can’t justify eating straight sugar to feed that craving. Sprinkle vitamins on it all you want. It’s total junk.

  7. There is nothing Family about the “Family Size” packaging. The whole cereal isle is crazy insane prices with smaller boxes.
