Hi,
I’m almost 3 months in here and everything stuck in bone. Because lack of residency title I can’t get any bank account, or few other things related to this. If you ask why I’m not letting my Company/HR to know about my situation. I did, the thing is company itself is working with Visa agency for relocation and other stuff related to people like me. Stupid thing is, they also don’t know what should I choice from the portal. Because they’re only writing to Immigration office the mail with my documents and waiting answer for Immigration office termin request to them.
I also was comfortable during this time, like “okay they’re getting paid for it, better they should do this, because they know this stuff”. After seeing there is no answer for almost one month and asked what’s the situation, then I learnt they’re still waiting answer from Immigration Office.
I just couldn’t resist and started to search and tried to look how to get termin just by myself. Problem is but there is no choice for my category. I’m on the visa, non-EU, non-Blue card. My category is IT Specialists §19 c Abs. 2. But there is no termin choice for this section. I contacted with Immigration office to get help. They told me like you should wait till end of your visa, but they didn’t even listen my struggles because lack of residency title.
Can somebody help me to find correct one? I’m attaching link and screenshot of the portal. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for any answer.

if you make more than the salary threshold for a blue card choose that one. IT professionals often qualify for it. If not select residency permit for a qualified skilled worker with an academic education, provided of course that you have a degree from a university.
Once you show up for your appointment they will correct your file if you chose the wrong option. But you may want to call them with a case number first if you have one from the things the agency sent per post already, that way they may be able to help you faster.
Is the bank account your only issue right now? I could ask my bank lady (if we are in the same city) if you could open one with just your visa while you wait for your residency permit. What city are you in?
Contact them via email/phone. Tell that your visa expires soon (3 months is very soon). Ask them to schedule your termin manually. Alternatively schedule a termin in a wrong category, you can explain it in person when you get there.
Meanwhile you can get a bank account at Sparkasse with just a visa, maybe close it later if you want.
