I came across a [TikTok](https://vm.tiktok.com/ZGeN7Fuho/) discussing players that the streets won’t forget. The guy’s like, Streets won’t forget is a title for the lucky few who carried their average team or just have that killer vibe. who else fits this lately?
He uses Antonio Rudiger as an example. When Chelsea snagged the Champions League, he was seriously in the conversation as one of the world’s best center-backs.
Then Real Madrid happened. Rudiger kinda toned it down, streets however still remember his time at Chelsea.
Dude just didn’t know how to behave on the field, like defending against Salah by getting all up in his armpits.
Scoring screamers and celebrating like a regular guy turning into the devil and tearing up the field.
Then there’s this nice moment with Lukaku. Slaps his bald head, starts laughing like a kid who just pulled off something wild. Plus, his little run with those daddy long legs.
Who else do you think falls into the streets won’t forget category these days?

Rudiger is a terrible example. He’s still regarded as one of the best CBs in the world by pretty much everyone
Adama Traore. For 1 season at Wolves he looked unstoppable. He’s a top 5 player in the world at one specific skill (dribbling), and a championship level player at everything else
The objectively correct answer is Allan Saint-Maximin.
Payet at West Ham
Hatem Ben Arfa and Adel Taarabt are the two players I instantly think of when I hear “streets will never forget”
Rudiger is less “streets won’t forget” and more Sunday league shithouse.
Demba Ba on Newcastle. Guy was a goal scoring highlight reel
Diego costa. Utter shithouse
Benjani Mwaruwari, elite celebration.
Lee Trundle
Christian Benteke at Villa looked the best number 9 in the league – unplayable
That one season by Michu.
Wigan were full of them 10-15 years ago: Amr Zaki, Hugo Rodellega, and pretty much the whole FA cup winning XI. Dusan Tadic is another one for the streets.
Lee Trundle
Gervinho
Roy Wegerle
Give me Mousa Dembele. So strong, could move through anybody in the midfield without relying on speed but more of a weird offbeat dribble that posed a challenge to even his teammates in trying to time their runs. Certain I won’t see a player quite like him again.
