They need to fully mobilize and although its a nice sentiment to “leave a generation mostly untouched to rebuild” Ukraine, they need those 20-27 year olds on the lines to take back their territory. US SecDef Austin was right about this and it should have been done earlier. Its why the median age of soldiers for Ukraine was around 40yo as they tried to leave that generation of educated Ukrainians to be the next leaders out from the ruble per se.
Really makes you question if we gave them more quicker if they would even need to tap into more recruitment. Its a fucking tragedy
