[Sky Sports] If an exit route does not materialise for Jaden Sancho, United will consider severing ties instead of trying to recoup some of their £73m outlay.

  1. >Man Utd will implement a more ruthless approach to player contracts; club want to prioritise the right culture and recruitment strategy over business interests; United will be more willing to terminate contracts; discussions have taken place over the Jadon Sancho’s situation

They should have started this type of thinkin yrs ago.

  2. ‘If you don’t want to pay for a player, don’t worry! We will let them go anyway so you can get them for free!… and maybe buy them back in a year or two’

  3. It’ll depend on how much money they save by terminating the contract early. If there’s no money difference, then I’d prefer to let Sancho rot at home and be banned from training/playing with the squad, so it’ll be his last big contract.
