  22. This just sums up the Russian army. Handcuffing their own wounded soldiers and throwing them back into the meat grinder. What a truly fucked-up country Russia is! I genuinely believe that within a year, Putin will face a huge problem with public opinion in Russia. Strict media repression only lasts for so long and Russian people are slowly learning of the scale of Russian deaths and the treatment of Russian troops. Regardless of whether they agree with the war (most do), they will only accept this for so long. There are all sorts of signs (see below links) that Putin is scraping the barrel in terms of manpower and heading for big problems. The huge question is whether the US and Europe continue to support Ukraine for the year or more it will take for Russia implode…

  26. Russian commanders are refusing to let troops leave the front. Their trenches are full of sick and wounded soldiers, prison conscripts, and people with zero combat experience. Trench foot, mouse fever, flu, hypothermia, lack of nutrition, no rotation and 1000 casualties a day are all taking a toll.
