This was during tensions in Drumcree which began with the Orange Order (A protestant loyalist organisation known for it’s sectarianism) wanted to march into a Catholic area, during these marches sectarian songs would be played against the Catholics. This was during the height of what is known as the “Drumcree Conflict” a series of confrontations during the troubles where a number of shootings and riotings would take place.

  2. Terrorists opening fire in front while civilians are all around. Even if you support their cause their terroristic methods were wrong and I think most people are pleased there is peace.

  3. how times change, what’s left of the IRA now smuggles cigarettes across the boarder to avoid taxes.
