  1. It is now crystal clear exactly why Zaslav was put in the position he is in. Dude is a Wombsgams.

  2. Warner Bros has massive debt, Paramount has massive debt. The cost cutting will be worse than Warner/Discovery. None of this makes sense other than the top people getting their cut and leaving

  3. The Justice League/Price is Right crossover I’ve always dreamed of…

  4. Soon we’ll have the big one when it comes to movie studios. It has to stop. And Disney shouldn’t have been able to buy Fox either

  5. It’s happening, the separation of streaming platforms is about to become one giant streaming platform.

  6. And just when we were starting to get some good Star Trek again.

But really, both companies have huge piles of debt and will need to take on even more debt to fund this acquisition.

  7. Fuuuuuuuuu.

This is bad for creators. This is bad for audiences.

  8. So there is eventually going to be only 3 companies 10 yrs from now. That will be fine. 😆

  9. Are all these major companies ran by incompetent people? How can they be so in the red and feeling desperate to merge with other companies?

I don’t understand why mergers are the only resort for so many. Or how they can burn so much money to leave them hurting.

  10. Then after that Warner Bros Discovery Paramount will merge with a toilet.

  11. No no no no no no no no no no no! Please don’t let this happen. He’s going to axe all of Star Trek 😭

  12. There is no way they should allow Warner bros to merge with another studio again

  13. They are ruining their companies with these upper management bonus contracts. If you get a massive bonus like these people get you can just split and leave and retire. Stockholders really need to get together and stop this.

  14. Everyone’s gonna merge with everyone else to become NBCUniversalTriParaBrosMaxGate+

  15. Just pump out more Lower Decks, don’t care about much else from them rn
