  2. Aleksandar Vulin, a Moscow asset, was head of intelligence service before US clapped him with sanctions. He was forced to resign and this was mostly his work. In 4 known cases anti-war Russians were barred from entering the country, however they are still waiting for the court ruling and are able to stay in Serbia. I hope the state (which controls the courts mostly) will have enough of a sense to block the crazy decision from Ministry of Interior, which is basically letting FSB operate in the country and that Vulin’s legacy will be curbed.
