In Russia, 34-year-old Fyodor Kuzmin died in line at the military registration and enlistment office in Lyubertsy, Moscow region. A block of ice fell on him, breaking his spine.

17. This is a thing. I was warned about it when I stayed in St. Petersburg a few years back. Each year a number of people die and many are injured by falling ice/ icicles from roofs. In this case bravo – and it has at least saved one guy a long journey to get killed in Ukraine.
