  1. (just a note for anyone potentially wondering why he’s spending so long looking at the bullet, it pays to check you got all of it out before stitching up)

  2. Just wow, never seen anything like this before. If he were Russian, he would be dead.

  3. Somebody please explain to me how he did not bleed out after pulling the bullet?

  4. I hope he gives it to the reciever, he’s going to carry that for the rest of his life.

  5. Wow, the bullet didn’t even pancake at all. Must not have hit bone at all

  6. The thing when you get shot in the heart is not only bleeding out but as well as the damage done to your muscular and nerve tissue.

So first of all he is incredibly lucky that the bullet stayed in one piece and it didn’t hit a rib, shredded in pieces as well as his ribs. Secondary he is incredibly lucky that the bullet got stuck in his heart and didn’t rip a huge canal in his heart. Thirdly he is incredibly lucky that no nerve tissue was severed.

  7. 7.62X54R to the heart and he’s still alive… must have gone through his plates and lost most of its energy because that’s a potent ass round!

  8. I’m not a doctor, but isn’t the thing pulsing next to where he’s operating the heart?

  9. wait , what !? how can he still alive if his heart have been shot through?

  10. Looks like zero bullet deformation. If that went through a plate, it would have totally mushroomed or shattered. My guess is this was an extremely long range lucky shot that lost alot of its energy. I suppose if it was FMJ it would deform less, but still should be somewhat deformed, no?

  11. Well done that surgeon! And what a souvenir the soldier will have.

  12. Look at their hands. I’d be shaking too badly, these people are amazing being able to do such fine motor skill work in chaotic environments.

  13. I. Shocked the bullet hasn’t deformed in anyway. Usually, it mashes up, right?

  14. The poor guy must be extremely in pain, I hope the war ends soon

  15. That’s a 5.45×39 round they call it the poison bullet amazing hopefully this soldier recovered

  16. If this happens to you, this is the kind of good luck to have without any question!

  17. WOW!! That is crazy, So glad he is still alive.. 🫡 2 the Dr’s. Slava Ukraini 🇺🇦 🇺🇲
