  1. UEFA is a horrible institution but it’s sad that judges at EU level will always think the solution is “more competition”.

  2. UEFA and the EU might as well be twins when it comes to being crooked. Right now, it’s UEFA showing its true colours, but soon the EU will have to back down too. They’ve been misusing their power for too long, and it’s time for that to stop. And don’t get me started on UEFA, slipping those EU flags onto the electronic ads around the field, as if they’re trying to show off to to the world that they’ve got everything under control.

    Well done Florentino Perez!

  3. Well yeah, obviously. Regardless of your thoughts on the ESL, it’s blatantly obvious that FIFA and UEFA have dominant market positions and that action to stop other leagues from starting like the ESL is anticompetitive.

  4. ESL is a dumb idea, but Fifa and Uefa are monopolies, that’s a fact. A deal will be made, I’m sure.

  5. Well done top EU court, why dont you investigate the obvious corruption within these bodies?
