Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) sued the U.S. Transportation Department on Tuesday in an effort to overturn a new federal requirement that states set goals to reduce carbon emissions from vehicles on their roads, saying officials lacked the legal authority to impose the rules.

1. Seems like his brother Bill got all the good traits and morals. That said, this is getting absurd that the pro-climate disaster people are arguing the transportation authority doesn’t have the authority to regulate transportation.
