Serbian PM is in bed with the Russians. It wouldn’t surprise me if they put him up to this as a propaganda exercise— maybe they have some dirt on him.
He says he’s apolitical and doesn’t seem like the type that would start this sort of drama… the whole case is odd, and Serbian Prime Minister has using it for political grandstanding from the start
Currently entire Serbian test certificate system is in question, so it’s getting difficult to weasel out of this for him.

And that question is: Do you personally fill out this form for yourself or is someone else filling out this form on your behalf?
