Hi everyone,

Sorry for this question but I cannot find the answer anywhere. How do you turn on the water from the kitchen correctly?

We tried first to open the knob with the blue line and then it worked with cold water.. then we tried to turn on the knob with red line and it became super hot no matter if I switch the faucet to the cold setting.. then we tried to bring it back by closing the knob with red line but it is still hot..

We tried also turning on the knob with yellow line but it’s too tight so we are not sure if we should even touch it.

We emailed the property management but since it’s a new whole building they probably can’t answer us right away because of all the tenants moving in.

  1. Blue – cold water to the dishwasher (or washing machine or whatever appliance the hose leads to)

    yellow – cold water to the sink

    red – hot water to the sink
