They come to this insight now? By end of February 2022 they should have realized this… It’s actually a tradegy that the Russian aggression in 2014 got no serious push back from neither EU or the US administration… In my view the inception to what escalated to the war we see now started there…
Only this time they have half the GDP of Germany alone and can’t afford to fund much of any military equipment.
Perhaps that’s a drive to use psychological warfare to divide the opposing societies?
Be better if it constantly simmers and Europe never cuts Russia any slack. Sanctions, sabotage, what have you. Constantly.
