If SCOTUS upholds Colorado’s ruling, or chooses not to hear the case (unlikely), you will see lawsuits flying in pretty much every state within about 10 nanoseconds.

Michigan was called out specifically in the ruling from the Colorado Supreme Court as a state that **cannot** do this the way that Colorado did because Michigan does not have a similar state law overseeing how to facilitate challenges of eligibility.
This *may* mean that it cannot be done in Michigan the same way as in Colorado but can be done nonetheless.
This is 100% going to be used against democrats by red states in the future.
