14. You know when JFK made that speech in ’62 about “Sending a man to the moon & binging him safely back to the earth”. The second bit is at least as important than the first, perhaps even more so.

    So when the US announces that they plan to land an international astronaut on the moon I’m thinking they perhaps forgot something.

    They then keep their target sedated, and send them to space. The next time the newly minted astronaut is fully conscious they are on the moon. The astronaut is interviewed live on the moon, but only after being informed that their answers very much influence whether they get brought back.

    It would send a message.
