This is so worth dragging that manufacturer to the court not only in Poland but on EU level and make them bankrupt. This scummy tactic is not only anti consumer but nationwide economic sabotage and public safety hazard
They should be raked over the coals for this. Completely unacceptable, blatant anti-consumer, anti-competitive behavior. How is legal action going?
This warrants a visit from Internal Affairs security personnel, stuff like this could be easily used to inflict harm and cripple transport in Poland. I hope neatly dressed sad men visit the company’s HQ.
