  1. Excellent! I’ll make sure every single penny I once donated to the Red Cross goes towards Shurat Hadin to support the legal fight against those morons without scrupules in Geneva.

  2. The Red cross doesn’t have a military and cannot force Hamas to let them visit hostages, the same way they cannot force Israel to let them visit West Bank Palestinians in Israeli prisons.

No law enforcement or NGO has a legal obligation to protect you. If that were the case, they would be suing the IDF or Israeli Police for letting them be taken hostage and not protected in the first place.

  3. “As the humanitarian organization has faced withering criticism for its inability to visit or speak to the Gaza hostages while in captivity, it has responded that Hamas has not allowed the visits and that it can only visit the hostages if the groups holding them agree to give it access.

The ICRC has no means of forcing access to hostages and prisoners.”

I don’t see how this lawsuit could go anywhere in court. They should be suing Hamas instead.

  4. How about suing the government who vow to protect you in the first place?

  5. I….I don’t…..if they aren’t allowed to see you ny a military force, what exactly are they supposed to do…?

  6. Yeah yeah, the UN and the Red Cross are all antisemitic. /s

  7. Why don’t’ they sue the IDF, it was their responsibility to protect Israel and they couldn’t handle it!!!

  8. Suing the Red Cross?
Get the fuck outta here with that bullshit

  9. what a loser. not surprised. sue your own government dumb ass

  10. If they are suing because of bias i say the have a pretty good case.

Frankly the chance of them winning in small but the bad PR organization like the Red Cross unfortunately deserve make this worthwhile.

Its really clear that a lot of international organization suffer from bias vs the Israeli government, which unfortunately translates in bias vs Israeli.

  11. They are trying to sue the Red Cross’s lack of a military wing and the concept of “Triage”. Good luck with that.

  12. I mean, the Red Cross Sue’s video game makers over their logo all the time. I dont know why we continue to put trust in the century old corrupt ass systems.
