2. Yea average everyday middle class Americans are not doing well in this economy.

3. Ok but has anybody tried telling them a bunch of contrived economic metrics to see if that changes their mind?

4. Okay, people don’t have money but are hanging out at a bar (which are known to have the highest markup for alcoholic beverages). Secondly, the last guy says he’s worse off now than 4 years ago but retired 3 years ago. He doesn’t have that same money coming in…you retired buddy you went from a paycheck every two weeks to a fixed income.

5. For some sure, but for many thing are fine or even good. If anyone has checked their 401k their feel great. US is also doing much better than most other nations which are in recession.
