No matter the type of ticket you’ve bought you can take any train to your destination now. So if there is an earlier train to Berlin which allows you to make that connection take that one.
If there isn’t you should speak to the staff of the ICE train. You’re entitled to either a taxi ride from Berlin to your destination station or a hotel in Berlin, paid by Deutsche Bahn.
You are allowed to take a hotel. Deutsche Bahn has to pay if you can’t get somewhere. I would ask at the Information, they will tell you what you can do.
The DB info desk at Gesundbrunnen closes at 22:30. So unless the DB Navigator app or the conductor on your ICE train can magically conjure up a delayed train to Waren you might be able to catch at Gesundbrunnen, I suggest you get out one stop earlier at Berlin Hauptbahnhof (main station), where the info desk is open 24/7. They can give you a hotel voucher and point you to the nearest hotel with rooms still available.
Just the next one, is it no problem
Talk to the conductor, who might be able to help organize a hotel or taxi (I have seen DB staff organize taxis for a similar distance, but don’t count on it).
There is a later train that goes to Neubrandenburg; any chance a friend might pick you up there? If not, getting a taxi from there could be a reasonable plan (though I am definitely not sure about the availability of taxis in Neubrandenburg at that time of the night…).
Worst case, you have to organize a hotel room or taxi yourself. The department responsible for reimbursements has become less helpful (and more random) in the decisions than they used to be, but overall, there is a good chance to get reasonable hotel or taxi costs reimbursed without too much trouble.
You could still take the RE 5 at 23:52 from Berlin-Gesundbrunnen to Neustrelitz or Neubrandenburg. From there it would be about 40 minutes by car to Waren(Müritz). Maybe someone can pick you up there?
Officially, however, Deutsche Bahn is your contact and is responsible for transportation or accommodation.
