Trying to find data from single sources so the timing overlaps, but it appears as for public charging the US is around 15:1 EVs to Chargers while China is 10:1. It appears the US has significantly more home chargers than China, where over 80% of US EV owners have a home charger.
I’ve had very little challenge charging my car when not at home, I’m not sure how many more chargers are needed until there are more EVs on the road, and I see a steady stream of new EV chargers being installed, including some as we speak at my local Shell.
But they power them with North Korean coal….
