I recently ordered a cheap Seiko watch (just because it’s automatic) the order is on the way and today I got this email. I have never got this kind of mail before, from DHL and wonder if its scam or true. I was always receiving the customs clearance tax by the DHL, already paid. Can you please enlighten me about this case ?
