This isn’t “mobilization”, it’s a standard procedure called “military registration” that every 16-17 years old male Russian goes through. Its purpose is to put them into the database and determine how fit they are for military duty.
At 18+ years old they’ll be conscripted if they’re fit enough, but they won’t fight in the war itself. Again, standard procedure.
Is Putin crazy? If we don’t eliminate such demons, there will be no future for mankind!
