Most of the festive chocolate tins and boxes haven’t been worth it for years. Aside from the fact they’ve shrunk so much in terms of weight, you’re paying for way too much packaging and they keep screwing around with the selections.
I never bother with them now, I only buy York Fruits or Jelly Babies boxes.
Christ, name some food that hasn’t gone up in price. Even tonic water has seemingly doubled overnight.
Shortbread Tins are ridiculous compared to the biscuit aisle, or just making shortbread. It’s just flour, butter, sugar ffs.
