Its an obvious scam.
It most definitely is lol
This scam is run *everywhere* right now, by simply translating a scam script and sending spam messages. /r/scams is full of it.
The fact you clicked the link although you aren’t even awaiting something from UPS makes me think some people should not have access to the internet for their own safety.
