If anyone wonders if this is cost effective…
The cheapest Chinese thermal imaging pan tilt zoom security camera’s like this will cost at least $25,000. To the Russian MoD though its probably cost them $75,000….
It’s a spray painted Dahua SD6AL PTZ flavor.
