Revolvers and other older guns are not used enough. They don’t jam, the bullets (can be) cheap, eg: colt saa 1873, they had a LOT more holsters than now. Remingtons like the 1875 are a great gun for plinking but the ammo can be quite hard to find. They are quite comfortable to hold because of the grip shape, why???

  3. You can’t use them to hunt game, they’re useless for wildfowl, badgers laugh at them, foxes don’t get close enough for them to be useful

    Revolvers are still in use with a lot of people in America, handguns however usually have more rounds in their magazine, and much easier to reload which always has been the achilles heel for revolvers.

  5. You can’t shoot anything with them not even a barn door at 30 feet
