Russians are never outraged about the prospect of being sent to kill who they used to think as brothers, but only if they are sent without proper armaments and training to do so and in a circumstance they likely applauded before they actually got into the military. Human waves tactics aren’t that fun when you must participate in them, eh?
And they still go to willingly die for nothing. Knowing full well Kremlin is lying to them.
