We moved into an old house, and found this box/container. The left hand side is electric, but what is on the right? I do not have a key or wrench to open it. It’s got three holes in a circular base. Any help would be great!

You gan use a pair of needle nose pliers (Spitzzange) to turn it
This is where you connect your phone wiring in your house to the phone wire in the street
