Whats this in the omakotitalo?

What does 12 C means? Is it like 12 celsius? They left it like this and I am not really sure if I need to change anything?

Temp should be 2-3 degrees below room temp and used ‘normal’ speed is 5.

Exclamation mark is referring that filters should be changed.
