  1. This is probably the big news out of the Michigan tapes. It’s too close to the election for new charges to matter for Trump, but the RNC is going to see their chair indicted during the primaries. They also have on tape official evidence that the party was complicit.

    Elections are big, expensive, chaotic things. Discord isn’t going to be good for them.

  9. It’s amazing how many people were willing to commit crimes on behalf of Trump. These people knew Trump was a crime machine, after the Mueller report (ie. that Trump obstructed justice up to 10 times according to Mueller). They knew that Trump had committed crimes with his companies in New York and was being investigated for it (ie. Cyrus Vance Jr before Alvin Bragg). And they knew that many others hired by Trump or close to Trump, were going to jail for committing crimes on behalf of Trump (Manafort, Flynn, Papadopoulos, Cohen, etc).

    And after knowing that, they decided to follow Trump and get caught on a phone recording committing crimes together with him. SMH.

  10. If Michigan officials allow this to take place with zero consequence, they wpuld be threatening election security in all states, forever.

    It’s not a question to me, all parties involved need to be charged and jailed as quickly as possible. If this isn’t bribery, bribery isn’t real. Not to mention the devil’s advocate that could be played later if this is allowed. What’s to stop a Democrat from doing the same, if this is fair play?

  13. It is illegal under both Michigan state law and federal law to offer or accept money or other items of value in exchange for any type of personal benefit or favor. Bribery is considered a crime of dishonesty, which has serious consequences.
    It would be easy for Michigan to charge and try him a sooner. The court system consists of the Michigan Supreme Court, the Michigan Court of Appeals as the intermediate appellate court; the circuit courts, district courts, and probate courts as the primary trial courts; and several administrative courts and specialized courts. They could expedite prosecution if they were so inclined.

  18. This is just proof of McDaniel’s loyalty to Trump and the Big Lie. This is all that matters to the GOP and will also make Trump very happy. Breaking election laws means absolutely nothing to any of them. It is a huge feather in her cap.
