Why, after well over 40 years of literally the same (originally from NYC) style, is this boring, hackneyed, creatively-barren activity still seen by some as ‘daring’ or ‘cool’?
Whoever did this should be found, and the multiple thousands it will cost to be clean up should be forcefully taken from them. If they are in council housing, they should be forced to leave, along with any family members and banned from any further benefits for a few years.
Do this enough time, and the scum will stop doing stupid things like this.
