As long as Russia views Europe as the U.S security playground, vis-a-vis, an extension of their foreign policy by leveraging NATO, Europe’s security order will always be threathened.
Europe needs to take ownership of it’s own security and dilute NATO presence where the U.S doesn’t use their land as a forward operating base. This will create four power structures, The U.S, EU, Russia & China and that equilibrium may strike the best balance.
