I’ve honestly heard wild things about hungary (its democracy is destroyed, they hate lgbt, they are mean and racist, etc) but when I visited I saw the exact opposite, hungary is beautiful and its people are very kind and two girls even approached me asking me how if I was enjoying my trip I literally also saw a pride parade around budapests ferris wheel. But still I dont know much about orban to be honest

  20. I had an amazing time in Hungary and made many Hungarian friends. I loathe the ruling politics, not the people. You guys belong in the european family and that’s not easily forgotten.

  26. The people and the government are two different things. I have Hungarian colleagues who are lovely people and the country looks beautiful!

  28. I used to love to visit Hungary. But not anymore. You can’t separate the people from the government when a clear majority of the people voted for the current government in the last election.

    Make the changes and we can talk again.
