[Fabrizio Romano] Barcelona want to trigger €7m buy back clause for Chadi Riad, as first called by @sport . It formally can’t happen now but only at the end of the season once Real Betis will buy him — then Barça will activate buy back clause. Betis also have 50% sell-on clause included.

4. This makes me think Christensen will be sold. Since he came for free we can easily generate a lot of FFP. We’ll still have Mbacke, Faye, and Cubarsi in contention for the future.

   If it’s put to good use in securing a top class 6 and a winger as well it should be worth it.

5. Chadi Riad is a really good player. Liked him also in one of the recent games he played. I think against Madrid he came very close to also scoring a winner at the end.

   It is inevitable that Christensen would get sold. I love him. Let me be very clear, I absolutely love him. I was in his support since the transfer was announced. I really liked him at Chelsea.

   But given our financial and sporting scenario, it’s clear that we are stacked at CB. And unfortunately Xavi trusts Inigo more than Christensen.

   With a lot of youngsters developing for this position, it feels that Christensen will be sold to generate money for possible buying a DM and LW/RW

   I would absolutely love if we sell Inigo or retain both of them. But unless we get some financial aid, I see Laporta executing this decision.

6. With Mbacke and Faye also doing well, and them wanting to bring Chadi Riad back, i wonder if the plan is to sell Christensen and or Inigo for fast ffp as they both came for free.
