Apparently the books doesn’t cover the most popular or traditional dishes, but instead shows some less famous dishes that lack the global recognition.
From the preview on google, I only spotted one mistake. Gdańsk was spelled “Gdan’sk”. Being from Gdansk, to me this is nearly as bad as saying “głupi Żuraw”.
