Talking about those supposedly ‘bigger’ clubs who’d like to join a ‘super league’.
Honestly, without them the English premier league would have more parity, more uncertainty and be far more competitive.
I’d love them all to bugger off and leave us alone.
There’s also the potential for that super league to fail (I believe that’s a very real possibility) and the wonderful satisfaction of giving them the middle finger when they come crawling back.
They can all f**k off as far as I’m concerned, the prem is not that great with them in it as things stand, we’re all just watching a handful of teams jostling for the top spots. Boring.

What premier league team wants to join the super league? The majority that were interested very much changed their minds and are no longer in favour at all.
I’m pretty sure there are no clubs that want to leave…
Also, this season has been the most competitive and well-balanced season in a while. Things are changing, so to call it boring is a stretch.
More parity yes but people (and TV money) will always follow the highest competition. The English Championship is competitive as all get out but they struggle financially and always will. The question is if you want big time sports or a warm fuzzy sport with hella competitive balance and a lot of feel good stories.
Your post is salty and incorrect, no English clubs want to join and have released statements. The Premier League is the best in the world.
I definitely understand the argument that if the “big 6” left the premier league, it would be more competitive, but I think that’s a really short term thought. It would probably just mean there would be a new “big 6” in 10 years, and this exact conversation would be had again when Villa, Brighton, West Ham, Newcastle, Brentford and Fulham end up dominating the league and European places lol
No one wants to leave. Stop rage baiting
Esl replaces champions league so even if clubs did join…it would not change who is in the league.
