Silvio Berlusconi, a man who has and is still being under trial for corruption, fraud, favouring mafia and (insert more criminal acts made by Berluska in here) cannot become President of the Republic of Italy.
Yet, there are some politicians (mainly right wing Meloni, Salvini, Tajani & Co.) who want this convict as next president.

Berlusconi is ineligible by law in Italy, he has been arrested and ended up in social services 10 years ago, he is also sick and affected by several diseases, he can’t even walk well anymore.
