Rot in hell you fucking piece of shit
Was he undone by a fictitious massacre in Timisora that never actually happened ?

this tumor of a person was indeed removed on that day.
unfortunately, the metastatic tumors were not.
Romania hasn’t been doing great in the last 34 years.
He’s always looked very vampiric to me. Fitting not only because he was Romanian but also cause he was sucking the blood from his people. Greetings to our Romanian friends from Poland!
In general Romanians are good people! May they continue to flourish as people and a state!
And, in a totally unrelated turn of events, the Romanian debt was no longer 0 and never recovered.
I think it was a great sin killing him exactly in Christmas day. They could’ve done it before or after, not exactly on the 25th. Oh well…

Based Bromanians
They mist have been very naughty for Santa to get the rifle
It wasn’t really the people doing this, but the newly established regime that was russian friendly (confirmed by the prosecutor that’s working on ‘The Revolution’ file). The same idiot killed our people at University’s Square (students, professors, mostly the good part of the society) – Read more about the Mineriads if you’re interested.
Just wait for deranged tankies to invent some story about the Ceausescus and paint them as martyrs…
Ceausescu got lead for Christmas
Do romania celebrate christmas on the 25th
I know Romanians who lived throught the Ceausescu era
Cant believe that there are people aka tankies who defend him
This is what we should have done in Hungary as well
Does anyone have a link to his “video”?
Every communist deserves a similar fate.
My neighbours are Romanian and we were talking about this only yesterday. They were teenagers and remember all of this happening, their life growing up etc. very interesting!

Only sad thing is that the communist leaders and high ranking supporters in other Eastern European states didn’t get the same treatment….
If only we had also purged the rest of the communist political class which continued to rule the country after the fellow’s early yet overdue forced retiremen

Of all the crazy dictators of the 20th century, Ceausescu would probably take silver or bronze (After Enver Hoxha and maybe Pol Pot). One of the craziest things he did was trying to eliminate foreign national debt which – if you have no idea how national debt works – might sound like a great idea but the way he did it was absolutely terrible (saving money by re-using unsterilized syringes, cutting electric power supply for most people and exporting so much food that he almost caused a famine in Romania) but of course we shouldn’t forget his little palace he built or the crimes of the securitate and so on.
It’s remarkable how Romania went from one of the poorest countries in Europe to an EU member where the people enjoy much higher standards of living than they did 34 years ago. Back then, Romania was synonymous with extreme poverty and a country ruined by communism.
I hope that Romania will soon join both the Schengen area and adopt the Euro. It would be so crazy if Ceausescu could see how far Romania has drifted away from the Stalinist hellhole he created.
Was he the mf who built the heaviest political building while people died of hunger?
Indeed …it may have been the happiest Christmas in the history of Romania…
holy… remember to history…
I wish for christmas that Orban ends the same way
Congrats on freedom. However brutal killing of Ceausescu is not an act any free desiring country should be proud of
GOOD
I cannot imagine why anyone would celebrate his execution. Yeah, he probably deserved to die (and this is coming from someone that’s against the death penalty), but this was a kangaroo court that executed someone literally less than 10 hours after their trial started. They got to the place where their trial was supposed to be held at 5am and were dead by 3pm.
It doesn’t matter who’s on trial, they deserve a fair one. And this was not a fair trial, it was and will always be a shameful event in our country’s history. I mean, it’s not like sensible people are proud of the government that came out of the revolution, or any of its successors (FSN/FDSN/PSD), but hearing people celebrate this does piss me off. I don’t see people celebrating the way the mineriad (the July 1990 one, really) were repressed, but it’s the same, except the people being killed/beaten up weren’t so hated.
Rest in peace.
